• Uploaded Resume: When you upload your resume, we use it solely for generating interview-related content tailored to your job application. We do not store any personal information contained in your resume.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for the purpose of providing personalized interview services, including:

• Resume Assessment: We analyze your resume to evaluate its fit for the specified job role and to provide recommendations for improvement.
• Interview Question Generation: We generate interview questions based on your job role and resume to help you prepare effectively.
• Answer Evaluation: If you choose to record interview answers, we transcribe and analyze your responses to provide feedback and a scoring assessment.
• Certification: For users scoring above 7.5, we provide a certificate that includes a video of your best answer and is valid for six months.
• Sharing your test scores and email ids with any prospective recruiters looking to employ candidates (either for ther own organizatons or their clients) with skillsets simialr to yours.

3. Data Storage and Retention

We retain the following data in line with our services:

• Interview Results: Interview results, including assessment scores, are stored for 90 days. They are automatically deleted after this period.
• Answer Videos: Answer videos recorded by you are retained for 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted.
• Certification Data: Certification data, including the best-answer video embedded in the certificate, is available for six months from issuance and is automatically deleted afterward.

4. Data Sharing

Moksho.com is an AI-powered interview preparation platform designed to help job seekers practice and improve their performance in job interviews. We take data privacy seriously and are committed to handling your information lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

By using Moksho.com, you consent to the core functionalities of our platform, including the sharing of selected user profiles (which may include email addresses and top interview scores from practice interviews) with recruiters seeking candidates with matching skills. This sharing occurs only when the user has explicitly opted in or chosen to make their profile visible to recruiters.

We do not share your personal information, interview recordings, or results with third parties without your explicit consent, except under the following circumstances:

• To comply with applicable laws or legal obligations;
• To facilitate secure payments through our third-party payment processors like Stripe;
• With cloud service providers (such as Amazon Web Services aka AWS) that host and store your data securely on our behalf.

In cases where a user participates in an interview that was initiated by a recruiter (“Invited Interview”), the results of that interview—including scores and responses—will be shared with the recruiter who issued the invitation. By choosing to participate in such interviews, you consent to this data sharing. The recruiter may further share this information with their client(s), and Moksho.com disclaims responsibility for how the recruiter handles the data once shared.

All data is stored securely using AWS cloud infrastructure, including Amazon RDS (Relational Database Service) and Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service). These services meet industry-standard compliance requirements.

Under the GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data (CCPA);
