1. Cancellation Policy:
- You can cancel your subscription or service booking within 24 hours of payment to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made after 24 hours of payment are not eligible for refunds; however, you may choose to reschedule the service for a future date, based on availability.
- To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at interviewer@moksho.com with your payment details and booking reference.
2. Refund Policy
- Full refunds are processed only if the cancellation request is made within the initial 24-hour window.
- In the event of a technical issue or service delivery failure on our end, a full refund may be considered upon verification.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Personalized career coaching sessions, customized reports, or one-on-one interview preparations that have already been delivered are not eligible for refunds.
