• Cancellations made after 24 hours of payment are not eligible for refunds; however, you may choose to reschedule the service for a future date, based on availability.

2. Refund Policy

• Full refunds are processed only if the cancellation request is made within the initial 24-hour window.
• In the event of a technical issue or service delivery failure on our end, a full refund may be considered upon verification.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Personalized career coaching sessions, customized reports, or one-on-one interview preparations that have already been delivered are not eligible for refunds.
